want you to be pleased with your purchase and will accept authorized returns of
eligible items.
Authorization:
Contact
us by e-mailing returns@elegantbed.com for
a return merchandise authorization within 14 days of receipt of your
item.
Shipping:
Customers
are responsible for securely shipping and insuring products returned to
ElegantBed.com.
Returned items
must arrive within 30 days of receipt.

Refund:
We
will issue a refund of the item(s) price for authorized returns received in new,
saleable condition. Shipping
charges are not refundable.
Returned items are not eligible for any original free shipping
offer. Actual postage costs will be
deducted from the refund issued. (This means if your order originally qualified
for free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be applied on the
return.)
Non-Returnable
items:
Sheets,
pillowcases, AND DOWN PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN REMOVED
FROM THEIR PACKAGING. Under
health and hygiene regulations these products cannot be resold and we cannot
accept their return.
All
items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
Returns of bedding or clothing that has been used or washed are not accepted for
any reason.
Custom-made
and special order items may not be returned.
In the rare case of a custom-made item that is defective or damaged upon
receipt, the item will be repaired or replaced.
We
reserve the right to refuse any item that is not in saleable condition or is
returned after 30 days from receipt.
